If you have a SolarEdge system and you changed Broadband provider or router (Internet box), you might experience your SolarEdge Portal going offline.
This doesn’t mean, that your system is not working, so there is no reason for Panic.
It’s only means, your SolarEdge Solar Inverter cannot communicate with the SolarEdge Cloud anymore.

Beware that the inverter may get stuck in waiting mode after attempting wps. This happened to me and the solution from Solar Edgewas a complete power down/up of the inverter which is quite complicated (and needs an approved installer to do it or the warranty may be invalidated). 🙄
