This guide should guide you on how to set Grid Import Limitation for SolarEdge Devices.
Warning! At present time, the Grid Import limitation limits SolarEdge Devices and not the whole household. Unlike the Myenergi Eddi / Zappi behave!
Please note: you Must have a SolarEdge Installer access for this!
Please note: you must have a SolarEdge Energy Meter or SolarEdge Modbus Meter or a SolarEdge Backup Interface
Step 1) Open the SolarEdge SETAPP application and scan the big QR Code on the SolarEdge Inverter
Step 2) Press and hold the Red toggle switch for less than 5 seconds in “P mode” when the SolarEdge App Prompts you.
Step 3) Find Power Control in the main SolarEdge Inverter Menu
Step 4)Enable “Grid Control” within the Power Control Tab
Step 5) Click on “Energy Manager” within the Power Control Tab
Step 6) Click on “Limit Control” within the Energy Manager
Step 7) Click on “Import Limit” within the Energy Manager
Step 8) Click on “Activate Import Limit and Set Value in Amps (A)” within the Energy Manager
Step 9) Click on “Disconnect from device”
