Method 1: Using the FoxCloud 2.0 App

Prepare: Ensure your router is broadcasting on a 2.4 GHz band (5 GHz is generally not supported). Stand reasonably close to the inverter

Open App: Open the FoxCloud on Android or Apple App Store and log in (or tap on the Menu / Me icon).

Select WLAN: Navigate to WLAN Configuration (or Local Distribution Network).

Scan Datalogger: The app will either search for local devices via Bluetooth or prompt you to Scan the QR Code on your inverter’s Wi-Fi dongle/stick.

Connect: Select Connect Network. The app may prompt your phone’s Wi-Fi settings to connect to the dongle’s local network (SSID starting with
W-with passwordmtmt2020). -
Input Wi-Fi Details: Return to the app, select your home Wi-Fi network from the available list, type in your Wi-Fi Password, and tap Save/Connect.
Method 2: Manual Browser Configuration (Alternative)
If the app configuration fails, you can connect directly to the Wi-Fi stick via a web browser:

Connect to Dongle: Go to your smartphone or laptop’s Wi-Fi settings and connect to the network named
W-XXXXXXX(where XXXXXXX is the serial number on your dongle). -
Enter Password: When prompted, type the default password:
mtmt2020. -
Open Browser: Open an internet browser and type
http://192.168.1.1into the address bar. -
Configure Network: Log in using the default password
mtmt2020. Go to Wi-Fi Configuration, select your home network from the dropdown, enter your home password, and click Save.
Troubleshooting
- Red Light Flashing: Once successfully connected, the red LED on your data logger should blink once every 2 seconds.

Network Name Not Showing: Double-check that the Wi-Fi antenna (aerial) is securely screwed into the bottom of your data logger.
