We would like to let you know that VEEP Energy will be upgrading our office phone system on Monday, 6th October 2025, beginning at 10:00 AM.

As part of our ongoing commitment to improving our customer service, we are transitioning to a new telecommunications provider, NUACOM. This upgrade will provide our team with a more modern and reliable phone system, helping us deliver an even better experience when you contact us in the future.

During the changeover, there may be temporary interruptions or delays when calling our main office number:

While we expect any disruption to be minimal, there may be periods where calls cannot be connected or may experience intermittent issues as the new system is being activated and tested.

These disruptions are a normal part of the transition.

If you are unable to reach us by phone during this time, please don’t worry. Our team will continue to monitor emails throughout the day and will be happy to assist you as quickly as possible.
