Warranty

The installation is guaranteed by Veep Energy for five years from the date of installation against faulty workmanship and two years for faulty product(s). During this period, it will be repaired and/or parts replaced free of charge provided that:

1. The goods have been in normal use and operation.

2. The defect has been notified in writing to Veep Energy at our Dublin address within ten days of the fault developing or becoming apparent.

3. Repairs have not been attempted other than by our service staff, or a repair engineer authorised by Veep Energy.
