1. Company Overview

VEEP Energy Ltd (formerly SaveMeMoney Wind & Solar Ltd) is an Irish renewable-energy company specialising in the design, supply, and installation of commercial-scale solar PV, battery storage, and smart energy-management systems. Founded in 2015 and based in Dublin, we deliver high-quality, compliant installations for commercial, industrial, agricultural, and public-sector clients across Ireland.

2. Quality Commitment

VEEP Energy is committed to delivering products and services that meet or exceed client expectations while maintaining compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and contractual requirements. 3. Implementation

Quality assurance is embedded in our Integrated Management System, which covers design, procurement, installation, and commissioning. We operate structured processes for:

  • Gathering and analysing customer feedback.
  • Managing non-conformities and corrective actions.
  • Conducting internal audits and management reviews.
  • Maintaining detailed documentation to ensure traceability and accountability.

4. Monitoring and Review

Performance is reviewed regularly through audits, customer feedback, and management meetings. We use measurable quality objectives to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement. This policy is communicated to all employees, displayed on company notice boards, and made available to clients and stakeholders.

5. Responsibility and Approval

Ultimate responsibility for the Quality Policy lies with the Managing Director. However, every employee and subcontractor is responsible for implementing and upholding the principles of this policy within their role.
