Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
1.1 Veep Energy details are as follows: SaveMeMoney Wind and Solar Ltd T/A VEEP Energy, company number 568824, with its registered office at Unit 50, Premier Business Park, Ballycoolin Road, Dublin 11, D11 KH52, Ireland.
Your Rights to Cancel
2.1 To cancel your Contract for the Works, please either send written confirmation to the address specified at 1 above or alternatively complete the cancellation form below and return it to the address specified at 1 above.
2.2 If you cancel your Contract with Veep Energy within 14 days of the Date of Order, Veep Energy will refund your entire Deposit.
2.3 If you cancel your Order after 14 days from the Date of Order, Veep Energy may retain such amount of your Deposit as represents the costs and expenses incurred by Veep Energy up to the date on which it receives your notice of cancellation. These costs and expenses are limited to the following:
- the cost of any goods that have been obtained solely for use in the Property and that Veep Energy is unable to resell or to reuse; and
- any other costs and expenses which Veep energy has incurred in connection with performing the Contract such as labour, transportation, sales, marketing and administration costs; and
- a sum in respect of the loss of net profit suffered by Veep Energy as a direct consequence of your cancellation.
2.4 If you decide to cancel the Contract on or after your technical assessment, the costs incurred are likely to exceed the amount of your Deposit. If these costs do exceed the amount of your Deposit, Veep Energy may retain the Deposit and seek to recover such costs and expenses as listed above to the extent that they exceed the Deposit for breach of contract.
3.1 If you would like to exchange any items please contact us and we will do our best to get your exchanged items to you. Please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of sending the unwanted item back to us and also the shipping costs for sending out the exchange item.
Will any return costs be refunded?
4.1 If you return something because of an error on our part or because it’s damaged or defective, we will refund any charges incurred in returning the item to us (either by a personalised pre-paid return label or by refunding your return postage costs [– up to 2nd class postage only]). We’ll check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover
My Payment Card has changed/expired. How will I receive my refund?
5.1 We process all refunds to the original card used when you placed your order. If your card has expired we will send a cheque to cover any refund costs.
When will I receive my refund?
6.1 We issue your refund on goods within 14 working days of receipt & we issue your refund for deposit within 14 working days of Cancellation request made to us in writing.
How to obtain the cancellation form?
